No Internet - Prompts to Genie "account settings"
I unplugged my C7000 to do some painting and then plugged it back in 10 minutes later. Since then, my internet has not worked.
All devices in the house can see the network and show varying levels of connectivity (albeit they all say 'no internet connection.') If I try to open a web page I get prompted to Netgear Genie, but instead of the login page it is opening the 'account settings' page and prompting me to change the password/pick two security questions. After doing this I click "next" and the page resets to blank, nothing else happens. I cannot navigate off this page.
I've tried doing every reset imaginable. I've also tried a PC hard wired to the router - same issue. Nothing changed in my setup. I noticed the problem by trying to set up a new laptop on the network, but that should be as simple as logging in.
Anything?

I suggest contacting support could be a hardware issue.
