Have no wifi available on Chromebook/Apple phone. Have unplugged several times to reset. The wireless light is on, no problems with internet on desktop. The only notable change is that Windows 10 installed an automatic update prior to this issue being noticed yesterday. I am a novice so any assistance is appreciated.

Hello SWRogers
Did you check to see if the wifi went back to a default name instead of what you named it?

Thanks so much--that apparently is what happened. I actually thought we were picking up the neighbors locked signal when in fact it was our modem under a different name.
