One upstream channel locked - amber light

Hi,
I have a Netgear CM600 for the last 2 years along with the Orbi Mesh system. I haven't had any problems except the last 2 months or so. I updated the firmware on the Orbi Mesh system and I started to get dropped wifi. I realized that the firmware on the router and satellite wasn't the same and quickly updated both and now they're in sync.
However, my wifi is still dropping. So, I looked onto my CM600 and realized that there is an amber light on the upstream channel that wasn't there before.
I'm tech savvy in a few ways, but I'm not sure what I'm looking at here. I have cablevision/optimum and I know calling them is going to be completely useless.
My upstream has 8 channels, only 1 is locked:
US channel type: ATDMA.
Channel ID: 49
Symbol rate: 5120 ksym/sec
Frequency: 36800000 Hz
Power: 57.0 dBmV
How do I make this amber light go away? Can anybody point me to where to look/fix this?
Thanks! 🙂

Re: One upstream channel locked - amber light
Please post a copy and paste of the modems connection status page.
Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem. Be sure the ISP provisions the modem correctly.
Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.
Be sure to power OFF the modem for 1 minute them back ON.

Re: One upstream channel locked - amber light
There are no splitters.
Powered off and on already.

Re: One upstream channel locked - amber light
I spoke to optimum and they did something to my modem. I now have 4 channels bonded for upstream.
