Orange/amber light won't change

I have had this modem for a bit and it has worked perfectly fine. I just moved and now when I plug it in the orange/amber light won't change to white indicating that the internet connection isn't ready. It's been plugged in for over an hour and I never had this problem in my old house. Any ideas on how to help?

Hello Lpap

 

Have you contacted your ISP and made sure they moved your modem to the new address sometimes it gets lost in the billing system during moves.
