My 17 year old son decided to reset my password and does not remember the password or the security question answers. I have performed several factory resets but the admin and password does not work and it keeps bringing me back to the security questions that I am not able to answer.
Please help, I need to make some changes and I cannot get into my router.

Re: Password recovery and factory reset
you should be able to factory reset and enter new security questions.
when you factory reset, it is actually asking you to type new answers (not old answers)

Re: Password recovery and factory reset
It is telling me that the answers do not match what is saved on the router.

Re: Password recovery and factory reset
This is the message that I am getting. I have held the reset button for over 30 seconds and even unplugged it.
