Ps4 open nat tyoe issuse (on mobile)

Not sure which of these routers I have but I'm trying to solve this nat type issuse via my mobile
What on earth do i do here I just want an open nat type for streaming and playing with friends.

You will want to do some port forwarding or put he PS4 in the DMZ.
