Re: Slow internet speeds CM500V wired
What speeds do you pay for?
What speeds do you get hardwired?
Get a screen snip of the cable connections page and the logs and post them back here. that helps check the connection back to the isp.

Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem.
Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.
Be sure to power OFF the modem for 1 minute them back ON.

Re: Slow internet speeds CM500V wired
I am using comcast internet service with internet speed of 200 mbps. I also use a tp-link AC1750 Wireless Dual Band Gigabit Router. My current internet speed at my computer ranges between 92 and 110 mbps on any given day. WiFi speed at modem ranges between 79 and 94 mbps. Before checking my speed, I always clear my browser and disconnect my vpn.
