USB Drive connected to C6300 has bad file dates
I have a Netgear 6300 with a WD Elements 2 TB drive connected via USB cable. All the dates of files I create or modify on the hard drive are wrong - like January 3, 2000. How can I get the correct dates on these files?

Re: USB Drive connected to C6300 has bad file dates
Hello the TooleMan
Have you tried to connect the drive directly to a PC to see if the dates still show that old date and then try to create a new file while attached to the PC to see if it gives it the correct date or not?

Yes, I have. The file dates are good when the drive is connected to the PC.
