Unable to access cable modem C6250

I cannot access C6250 AC1600 modem. Using IP address, WWW.routerlogin.net & .com open Netgear website. Nighthawk is no use. Originally set up with genie. Modem will only connect to pc not mobile devices or roku. Tried reboot and reset to no avail. Any insight would be appreciated.

Glad you got it working. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
