WNDR3700v2 not getting on line

I have changed my ISP and after following ISP's programing instructions or using the wizard, I can no longer get online. I am able to get online using my DM111Pv2 modem without router. As I can get online with router, ISP is not interested in helping me further.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hello williewabbit
Have you tried to do a factory reset on the router? You may want to try this and go threw and reset up the router because it may have a setting saved in it from the old ISP causing it not to work with the new ISP. let know if this works for you or if you run into any other problems.
