Weird error message
A few days ago,I got a Netgear Model 6220 router. When I went thru setup & was adding my PS3 game system to the allowed device
list,I got a prompt that refused because my PS3's MAC address was a duplicate. So what? It is the correct address, read right off the
system ID list. What gives? Please help.

Re: Weird error message
Are you connecting the PS3 via wireless or wired?

Re: Weird error message
You should not need to add it to the allowed device if the system is wired this is only needed for wireless.

Re: Weird error message
"duplicate MAC address" is only problem mentioned; PS3 will not connect over brand-new ethernet cable.
