WiFi range
I have a CM500V and a netgear wifi extender. Both are within ten metres of each other yet the wifi signal is still poor. The router light is also red (at times). Any suggestions on how to improve the range. I am an Optus customer

Re: WiFi range
Hi RomanC,
CM500V is a cable modem only.
Do you have a wireless router to extend the wireless signal?
What is the product model of the Wifi Extender?

Re: WiFi range
Hi RonanC,
You need to access the Extender GUI and check the configuration since you have a poor connection to the gateway router.
