WiFi won't connect
My WiFi light is on, and I can connect to my laptop remotely, but nothing else will connect. Tried to go to the Nighthawk app on my Iphone, but it says I have to be connected to the network to fix the problem, go to connect to the WiFi on my phone and get a log in page, try to log in but nothing happens. I have the C7000v2, and I am also getting the message that my firmware is out of date, but I can't connect to the network to fix it via the app. Any ideas or suggestions??

Try to disable WiFi Private Address on the iphone:
Make sure Local Network for NH app is enabled:
Try a factory reset on the modem and setup from scratch using a wired PC and web browser.
