Xfinity CM 1000 Hard Drop
Hi,
My modem keeps dropping off, Comcast says its the equipment. When it is working speeds are great, lots of equipment connected.
Here is the log (as an attachment), any help would be much appreciated.

you got noise on your Upstream channels and that is causing modem to drop. You are seeing 16-T3 consecutive timeouts and it will lead to one of the upstreams getting dropped.
If your internal wiriring/splitter/cable is good, then you need ISP to fix the line outside your home.
