cm1150v Voice modem Mta provisioning rejection Xfinity
I had new Xfinity Gig service with Phone installed last sunday. At that time my phone was working being directly connected to the modem tel 1 connection. Fast forward to tuesday the phone was unplugged from the outlet and the Modem was accidently unplugged at the outlet later in the day. After plugging the Cm1150v back in i noticed the tel 1 was not lighting up. I logged into the modem and saw mta provisioning rejected.
I worked with comcast to get a modem profile resent and rebooted the router twice and we couldnt get the phone line working. Now a tech is coming. Is there anything I can do with the modem or is this a comcast issue.

ask them to remove it completely and reprovision this.
this looks like MTA config file issue.

I beleive they did that because I was asked to hard reset the modem and waiting several minutes for it to return.
