cm400 not connecting
Bought this a couple days ago to use just for my PC. Plug it in and power light comes on as it should. The downstream light blinks green constantly, regardless of whether or not any wires other than the power cable are plugged in. When it's all hooked up, the only other light that turns on is the Ethernet one which lights solid amber only when the connected PC is asleep.
I have Xfinity and I know the cable outlet in my room is live because I used to use for a cable box
I've tried getting in contact with Netgear but their customer support has yet to get back to me after 2.5 days. Any help is greatly appreciated

did you get it activated through xfinity?
