I'm having a hard time connecting my computer (MacBookPro, on latest software update) to the internet via the cable.
I've restarted both the modem and computer.
On my computer's "network" settings, I see as connected (green) the USB 10/100/1000 LAN and the Wifi.
But when I run the network diagnostics to check the Network Status, ISP, INternet, and server are OK (green), while Ethernet and Network Settings fail (red).
When I go to Netgear's Genie, I see my computer as one of the wired devices (the other being the modem?)
Anyway, I'm at a complete loss... what do I need to do to do a wired connection?
