i have a hard drive connected to my modem but cant access it from my laptop, my modem is a C6300BD
i have the C6300BD and have connected a hard drive to it but i cannot access it, i have been looking around for a forum for aroud two days and have found nothing, it is a telstra branded unit so it doesnt have the netgear firmware installed.

Even if its Telstra branded, its probably based off the C6300. Have you looked at the hard drive compatability chart as well as the requirements for usb drives? Should be able to base it off the C6300 to get a rough idea. Even that list isn't going to be the best through if Telstra has their own firmware on it.
