Suddely I can no longer access my network with my cellphone. I get a pop up that says “This device is blocked by Access Control in the router”. However I can still access my “guest network”. Every other device in our home can log on to the network with no problem. I have tried all the usual measures. Rebooting…etc.
Any thoughts?? Thank you my cellphone is a Galaxy S20 FE 5G and until yesterday had no problems accessing my regular network

Re: problems connecting my cellphone to my CM600 cable modem
The CM600 is a modem only device and has no routing/access control.
What router do you have?
Have you gone into access control and set your phone as allowed?

AX6 isn't a model.
If its a combo device its probably the CAX30 or CAX80.
