AT&T MR1100 No WIFI
I have a MR1100-2A1NAS that I cant enable WIFI. It has the latest firmware in it. Even after a hard factory reset with the button or in the software WIFI should be enabled by default. The only access is via ethernet it works that way but still no WIFI.
Was there some special configuration that WIFI was disabled somewhere via a jumper or something?
I have another one of the same here that works as expected

Re: AT&T MR1100 No WIFI
We don't know enough about what you are doing and where it goes wrong. So it is hard to respond. Unfortunately, "still no WIFI" could mean several things.
Manuals are always a good place to start.
Visit the support pages:
Support | NETGEAR
Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware.
Check the section in the manual WiFi Settings.
You may have done that already. I can't tell from your message.
I mention it because Netgear gave up on supplying paper manuals and CD versions some years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads.
Just another user with a set of boilerplate macros.

Re: AT&T MR1100 No WIFI
Hi @vip991988
Welcome to NETGEAR Community!
May we please know the device SKU (e.g. MR1100-100NAS) and firmware version?
Does it affect both wired and wireless connection?
Is there any error message when you try to connect?
Was it working before?
Can you please let us know what troubleshooting you've tried?
Regards,
Blanca
