Ac1200 c6220
I have a c6220 and after a recent power outage, i have lost the wired connection. At this time i have reset the devices that are wired, replaced wires, performed factory reset both ways (button and online).
My WIFI works fine on both 2.4 and 5.
Assistance would be much appreciated

Re: Ac1200 c6220
Hi Mikey1990,
I see that you have tried some troubleshooting yourself. Please try these steps below if you haven't waited that long for the reset.
1. Remove "All" power supplies and network cables.
2. Let the Modem and Router sit for 30 mins.
3. Power up the modem until it is fully up.
4. Wire the router and then power up.
Please let me know if this has fixed the issue. :]

Re: Ac1200 c6220
I am having the same issue here - but it is only Port 1 that is not working. Port 2 works fine and connects a Gigabit Ethernet Switch that has a bunch of other devices plugged in. I tried the power off option (which is a big PITA since I work from home and need to be online for work) but only for 5 minutes and not the full 30 minutes. I have tried cable swaps etc.,. and to no avail.
