After ATT update to NTG9X50C_12.05.05.12 cannot connect to LTE network
Since the update to the latest ATT firmware, my unit has issues connecting to the LTE network. I have to restart it several times before it will connect. I usually use it tethered via USB-C but connecting to it via WiFi also doesn't work.
Clearly, it's the MR1100 since if I restart it enough times, it will connect.
Is there any way to fall back to the prior firmware level which worked fine for me?

Hi @yobyotan
Welcome to NETGEAR Community!
May we please know the device SKU (eg MR1100-1A1NAS)? We received reports related to this issue. A new firmware will be available this week.
Regards,
Blanca

Re: After ATT update to NTG9X50C_12.05.05.12 cannot connect to LTE network
But will AT&T make a firmware update available in a timely manner? There's no way to update firmware other than through AT&T.
I'm pleased you are moving quickly to fix this but concerned that AT&T won't make the firmware avaiable quickly.

We expect that AT&T will release it asap after they approve it. Should be coming soon.

Re: After ATT update to NTG9X50C_12.05.05.12 cannot connect to LTE network
Sheesh...I wish you guys had stopped issuing firmware for this device. NTG9X50C_12.05.05.14 connects better but drops connections like crazy. I'm in the same location at a client and can look out my office window at an AT&T antenna farm on a building next door. The signal is so strong, it's vibrating my dental fillings. Yet the Nighthawk can't stay connected.
Is there no way to get back to whatever was before NTG9X50C_12.05.05.12?

I am sorry to hear that you are still experiencing some connection issues. Could you please do a factory reset and check whether the issue can be fixed?
Thanks
