Aircard 785S : 41214bnn008e72 Firmwareupdate not working

Dear ladies and gentlemen! I have a big problem to update my aircard 785s. all the instructions i could found on this webside don´t leed to a solution. everytime i try to update my firmware nothing changes and i can´t find the newest version anywhere. I need to update my Aircard because i bought a netgear smart cradle. to get those devices working an update is neccesary, otherwise the Aircard won´t use the antennas of the new smart cradle. thanks for help.

Actually my aircard has FW; NTG9X25a 02.08.08. 12. As i read this is not the newest Version.
