Can’t dock AC971L to DC112a
After this morning I can’t dock my hotspot to the DC112a without the cradle rebooting itself. Once it reboots, it just keeps doing it again and again.
Both firmware of the hotspot and cradle are up to date

Re: Can’t dock AC971L to DC112a
Welcome to NETGEAR Community!
Do you have stable connection just by using the AC791L?
You mentioned that the firmware of both devices are updated, may we please have the firmware version of the AC791L and DC112A?
Kindly press and hold the Reset button to return the DC112A to its factory settings.
Regards,
Blanca

Re: Can’t dock AC971L to DC112a
Yes i have a good connection when connecting to just the hotspot. Both the cradle and hotspot have the latest firmware. I’ve check for new ones and they’re up to date. I have also factory reset the cradle multiple times with no change at all. The thing seems to crash when any device pings the internet and then just loops that way indefinitely. At first I thought it was one of my devices causing it to crash but now it seems to happen when any of my 5 or six connect to it
