Continuous charging of AC790S via Smart Cradle
Good day to all.
Recently, a friend gave me his Netgear router AC790S complete with its DC112A Smart Cradle. Both units are working perfectly fine. However, my query is if it is ok to continuously leave the router charging on its cradle for several hours even if the router's battery power is already 100% ? I'm worried that by doing so will shorten the battery's life or it may lead to some untoward incident.

Re: Continuous charging of AC790S via Smart Cradle
I have to guess that it is NOT great to have the units charging continuously. I have three DC112As with Netgear AC815S/AT&T Unite Explore. All three have had to replace their batteries due to them swelling. Otherwise the units have been solid and handsoff; I know there is a problem with the battery when the hotspots are rebooting often due to the battery swelling out of the case.
