DC112A firmware upgrade failure
I have a DC112A AirCard Smart Cradle and the firmware version is V1.0.0.18_1.0.60. The Firmware Upgrade Assistant shows there is a firmware upgrade available from version 1.0.0.18 to version 1.0.0.42_1.0.60. When I click "yes" to upgrade, it fails and gives the error message: "Firmware is invalid". When I try manually uploading the DC112A-V1.0.0.42_1.0.60.chk firmware upgrade file from the Netgear Support website for this device and start the upgrade process, it fails and gives the error message: "This firmware file is incorrect! Please get the firmware file again and make sure it is the correct firmware for this product." Can someone from the netgear support community please look into this issue?
Thanks,
