Hi @Khaled88
Welcome to NETGEAR Community!
An MEP code may be used to remove the lock, allowing SIM cards from any service provider to be used in the NETGEAR AirCard modem.
If you would like to use your NETGEAR modem with a different service provider, you must obtain the NETGEAR AirCard modem’s MEP code from the service provider that sold you the NETGEAR AirCard modem.
NETGEAR can't provide you with an MEP code.
Regards,
Blanca
