Error When Swapping different SIMs between Nighthawk M1
Good day.
I am trying to find information on an error I have been experiencing with swapping different SIMs for my pool of Netgear Nighthawk M1 routers. The issue is if I provision one router with one SIM and then try to issue it with a different SIM I get: Must set up APN; Broadband is disconnected.
My question are: with the routers being unlocked I should be able to use any SIM purchased and activated in any of the routers in my pool. Would that be a correct statement? If not, would this mean that each router must be configured with a single SIM?
Thank you for any responses received.

Hi @Call_Me_Al
Welcome to NETGEAR Community!
May we please know the device SKU (e.g. MR1100-100NAS)? This can be checked on the box of the product or on the barcode label
For NETGEAR Mobile Routers, unlocked devices will accept all SIM cards. Please check APN profile settings as it may not have automatically setup the APN profile for your new ISP SIM. You can manually set it up via the WebUI.
Reference of how to configure APN Settings:
