Has there been a resolution to this? I have experienced the same problem. I had internet for only a few minutes. Ran a speed test and it completed the download portion, and died somewhere in the upload. Unable get any internet ever since. Factory reset with no success.
The modem still reports as connected. In fact, it successfully text me a low data warning. I have tried both router mode (directly connected to my PC) and bridge mode (through my home router) and both fail to provide internet. The modem is able to check for new firmware successfully. So it sure seems like LTE connection is fine and that the problem lies in actually converting it to an ethernet connection.

To resolve the connection issue, please log in to WebUI and check the APN setting. If there are multiple APNs associated with your SIM card, please select the radio button in front of the APN that matches with your SIM card.
Then wait for data connection is set up again and WebUI is reloaded. Log in to WebUi to check the data connection again.
Thanks
