Login Problems as admin
I have not used the M1 for many months. Now I connect my phone to the M1 to log into the Mobile App but I cannot get past the log in as admin. I use admin as password as prescribed everywhere but it does not work. Neither does the admin pw work that is noted on the inside of the M1 below the battery. Is the thing now useless for me?

Hi Norbert1962,
Please try accessing the Mobile Router settings page via the Web UI. You may also check this KB article:
AirCard Mobile Hotspot and Mobile Router Login Information
If it is not accepting the admin password then the next step is to factory reset the unit.

Thank you but this did not work. I have tried to reset the device sebveral times and tried different passwords (admin, attadmin, password and the one that is on the label inside below the battery) and I continue to get the error message that the pwis not correct. I tried from iphone, ipad and laptop in Chrome and Edge, so it is not related to Apple.

Thank you for the update.
Please provide the device SKU (e.g. MR1100-100NAS). This can be checked on the box of the product or on the barcode label.
Have you ever updated the firmware prior the issue?
On what instance do you get the login page? Is it when you try accessing a website? Can you open any website?

Hi Blanca thanks for not giving up on this. The SKU is MR1100-100.
I made a FW update last year after i bought it. I only use it when on vacation abroad. I have used the device last about half a year ago.As I cannot get past the login I cannot enter the PIN for my SIM and thus cannot access the internet.
The SIM is however loaded with credits and I can use it in other devices w/o problem. Thanks and best regards Norbert
