M5 (mr5200-100NAS) 5G connection issue

we have an issue with neatgear m5
( mr5200-100NAS ) with software on the attached , it's shown on the screen for router is connect with 5G signal but on the real it isn't .

we hope someone send
a link to download the last version manually
the Update not came OTA.
