MR1100 says connected but NO internet

Please help me figure this out. I have a MR1100 hotspot, using an AT&T sim card with grandfathered Unlimited plan on a PRE paid plan. I have used this for over 2 years but on thursday it stopped work...

That is good for you to receive the message. At least you know why the SIM card stops working. It took us a lot of efforts before in order to find out the services actually are blocked by AT&T, instead of device issues.
