MR6500 no 5G service , SIM Error.

Previously mentioned ->

It has already been normalized by replacing the SIM, but an error occurred again whether it was a SIM problem.

I recently purchased an MR6500 in Australia.

The MR6500 purchased in Australia supports N78 5G and can use Korea's 5G.

The existing D-LINK 5G mobile router and the recently purchased Samsung 5G mobile router also registered IMEI and used 5G.

However, the MR6500 says that it cannot find 5G even though the N78 frequency is supported.

Since the MR6500-1TLAUS I have is an Australian M6 Pro, not an AT&T M6 Pro in the US, I bought it thinking that 5G would be supported, but I am very frustrated.

In addition, a nano-sim was installed, but there was a situation in which the device was jammed even though the nano-sim was installed.

Has anyone in the community experienced this?

If the problematic SIM is attached to another mobile router, the SIM works normally and there is no problem with 5G.

#1 is the screen of the app when the SIM is not properly recognized
#2 is the app screen with no SIM attached
#3 is the screen of the device when the SIM is not properly recognized.

#4 and #5 occurred after the device was initialized and all settings were completed.
If the SIM is removed, the management page works normally.

And I want to check what kind of problem there is with the same phenomenon as #1 and #3.

When the SIM is not recognized, the management page does not work like #4 and #5.

I want to solve this problem quickly.
I was very satisfied when I used the existing MR2100, so I want to continue using the MR6500, but I urgently need to solve two problems: 5G does not work (4G works well) and SIM problems.

I want to get help.

Re: MR6500 no 5G service , SIM Error.

Looks like the device can't read the SIM card properly. Could you please capture a model.json file and send the PM to me?

- Logon to the webui (http://192.168.1.1 ) as an administrator
- Navigate to URL http://192.168.1.1/model.json via the same browser window
- Capture the results (by selecting all + copy) and send it back

Thanks
