MR6550-100APS & MR6550-100PAS / which ones is the best for 5G bands in Viet Nam (APAC)?

Hello everyone,

As mentioned in the title, I really need help about which Netgear models is the best to use for 5G in Viet Nam (a country in Asia Pacific - APAC) ? Mr6550-100PAS or Mr6550-100APS

According to this knowledge base link as below

The model Mr6550-100Pas will be the best fit … but it’s for American area … To be honest I’m really so confused 

And based on the specs of Mr6550-100Aps, it should be the one … totally different with the KB above 

So I really need your advice , any recommendations or suggestions are highly appreciated

Hi. I know this is an older post. I am replying for the sake of others that might have the same question. Compatibility is really more of an issue of what carrier you will be using it with. I am not familiar with Vietnam Mobile operators and I am not familiar with their supported bands. It is vital you know or provide these information so I can better look into what would be better suited for your need.

MR6550-100APS has better fit, NR5G service in Vietnam is on n3/n7/n38/n41/n78/n257
