Mobile Broadband Disconnected Firmware 12.06.08.00
The new update caused "Mobile Broadband Disconnected" to show up on my router and now only connects to 3G on T-Mobile with no working internet. is anyone else having these issues?

Please advise the SKU name of your device.
Please provide some detailed information on the issue. When the issue happens, could you please help to capture a modem.json log for us to check?
Please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Open 192.168.1.1 on your browser.
Step 2: Input the account and password if necessary (admin/password)
Step 3: type 192.168.1.1/model.json
Step 4: Select everything (Ctrl + A), then copy-paste it into a text file.
Step 5: Save the text file as model.json_log.txt
Step 6: Submit the Log file
Thanks for your help on this.
If we have a fix for the issue, would you like to help us to verfiy?

Can you help me get connected to the T-Mobile network. We reset the router with Netgear support and have a set APN to b2b.static.
Please see log file attached.

- BrandidowdenMay 08, 2020AspirantI’m not tech savvy so don’t understand what ur saying to do. My nighthawk all of sudden say “mobile broadband disconnected” and I don’t think or know if it was because of an update. Is there somethin I can do? Or do I need a new sim ?

I don't know if your situation is the same as mine, but I had an unlimited AT&T plan that had been grandfathered in, and was using it for my main source of internet. AT&T thought it was an ipad with an unlimited plan, but the sim card was actually in a mobile hotspot router. This worked for a long time. After much investigation, I learned that AT&T has been terminating these grandfathered accounts. It was nice while it lasted. I now pay twice as much for the same service.
