Re: Mobile Broadband Disconnected Firmware 12.06.08.00
Please advise the SKU name of your device.
Please provide some detailed information on the issue. When the issue happens, could you please help to capture a modem.json log for us to check?
Please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Open 192.168.1.1 on your browser.
Step 2: Input the account and password if necessary (admin/password)
Step 3: type 192.168.1.1/model.json
Step 4: Select everything (Ctrl + A), then copy-paste it into a text file.
Step 5: Save the text file as model.json_log.txt
Step 6: Submit the Log file
Thanks for your help on this.
If we have a fix for the issue, would you like to help us to verfiy?

Re: Mobile Broadband Disconnected Firmware 12.06.08.00
Thanks for the information.
For your disconnection issue, please follow the steps below to check.
1. Contact the carrier to get the correct APN information and add it using WebUI.
2. If the correct APN has been correctly configured and the device still can't connect. Please make sure your SIM card can work in a phone
3. If Step 1 and Step 2 are all correct, most likely your carrier blocks the devcie to be used in their network. Please try a different carrier.
Regards
John

Re: Mobile Broadband Disconnected Firmware 12.06.08.00
I have the same issue with my AT&T branded M1. I use T-Mobile and starting a few weeks ago it just stopped being able to connect to data. I verified the SIM works in another device and I even tried a different working T-Mobile SIM in the M1 and it gave the same behavior ("Mobile Broadband Disconnected"). I tried factory resetting the router and I even tried buying an identical replacement router and got the same issue. My router has SKU 6420B, Model MR1100-2A1NAS, and Firmware NTG9X50C_12.02.06.01. Would be awesome if whatever change was invoked by Netgear/T-Mobile could be undone as it's rendered my router useless.

Re: Mobile Broadband Disconnected Firmware 12.06.08.00
STC & MOBILY have banned all its LTE bands on most routers your only way is to change your router IMEI to a phone IMEI .
It might be a solution for the guys using ATT .

Re: Mobile Broadband Disconnected Firmware 12.06.08.00
As I said, this is not a device issue. This is due to carrier blocking.

Re: Mobile Broadband Disconnected Firmware 12.06.08.00
This is really blocked by T-Mobile in your case. Our release doesn't block you to use AT&T or T-Mobile.

Can you help me get connected to the T-Mobile network. We reset the router with Netgear support and have a set APN to b2b.static.

Still no connection T-Mobile. Data Disconnected. Have new Nighthawk and a new T-Mobile sim card and still same thing. Been since January with no connection. Disenhartening since this is not a cheap model.
