Mobile router is not supported
When I try to connect to the app on my iPhone X it gives me an error “incorrect mobile WiFi router”. This mobile router is not supported. I can connect to it on my wife’s phone they the same app. She had the same model phone as me.

Sort of suggests that your problem is with the phone.

Re: Mobile router is not supported
That was my first thought, but she also has the same mr1100 modem and my phone can log into hers thru the app just fine. Only difference is hers is on the att unlimited government plan, mine is in the unlimited plan thru firstnet. Looks like I’m good now thou. Woke up this morning and suddenly the app recognizes the modem.
