Netgear 790 messages

I have two sims that i use for business and the mifi that was provided to me was substandard so i purchased a 790.  I have inserted the sim and put in the pin number all good and very easy.  However now my iphone is no longer receving my text messages they are going onto my 790 how do i stop this from happening i do not want to answer messages on the 790 but on my phone like i usually do.  Also whenever i turn it off it makes me put in the sim pin number every time not sure why.  i have looked thorugh the guides but can see nothing that suggests how to fix this has anyone else experienced these problems.  Thanks in anticipation.
