Netgear 791L can I power it without battery on AC charger?

Hello. I want to buy Netgear 791L. And I have a question, can I use it without a battery? I want to use it with a charger without a battery.

If you refer to the link below. There is a user that confirmed they can use a AC785 without battery and with a AC power connected. I don't see the difference with the 791L
