I often check the device touch screen for a chance to get a new update to resolve the many issues I suffer from,but sadly nothing in the air ,wonder how netgear a networking company commit so silly mistake
I hope an urgent update looks the light the quickest way

I have noticed occasional reboots without reason, propably a firmware bug. I have retail version AC810-100EUS.
Firmware Version:
NTG9X40C_11.14.07.00
Firmware Build Date:
2016/02/23
I know newer firmware's do exist like AC810-100EUS_23112817_NTG9X40C_11.15.01.00_00_EMEA_002.001_000
This is not publicly available`, why not ?
High end devices need better after sales support and firmware upgrades. That should be completely clear to Netgear R&D. Customers expect better service.

I do have an slow upload issue too and I do not have direct link to newer firmware. Netgear should review this update policy, "Check update"-function does not find this newer version.

I try to contact netgear support staff but not any good way to solve problem .I feel very disappoint.why netgear cannot update firmware to solve problem???

i used huawei hotspots before like E5372 and E5570 they have good support as to regular updates ,am astonished how netgear pays no attention do its devices

This type of unit is engineered / customized based on the needs of an Internet Service Provider and can only be obtained through them. This means that the support including the replacement / return should be handled through the Internet Service Provider which the product was obtained .

I try to find support just give me this respon . very angry and i give cannot connect 127.0.0.1 picture for netgear support but they never want to help me .sigh....

i buy from hong kong ,netgear agent replace new one for me already but still have problem ,why they cant direct update finish this issue??

This may sound pretty incredible but they may have done false serial number identification. They did it with me too, then I alarmed some managers and they arranged my direct system engineer contact. This very professional engineer did the correct serial number and firmware identification saying I have retail version and verified the LTE Category 11(256-QAM)support. If you dare to tell me your device serial number, I could try to re-check it that another way.
