Netgear MR5100 guest wifi keeps saying wrong password
Im a novice,, if even that with tech stuff like this.
I tried to integrate a mesh network, it didn't work,. I had changed some settings and then I had no wifi with the MR5100 hotspot. I have done 3 factory resets, renamed my wifi, etc. I got the main wifi back, but then anytime I try to log into my guest wifi or add devices to ir (i.e. pet feeder, wifi only tablet), it keeps saying it's the wrong password. I'm staring at the hotspot display as I type and it matches exactly. I thought the issues was the 'always on wifi which was off the previous 2 resets. I turned that feature on, and yet guest wifi is unusable.
Appreciate any help.

Join the club.
Let's start with what you mean by "integrate a mesh network".
The MR5100 is a mobile router/hotspot which isn't a Mesh device. That's a label slapped on routers and "satellites".
The MR5100 just provides you local wifi that things to connect through.
What are you trying to integrate the MR5100 with? Some other device(s) on your network?
Manuals are always a good place to start.
Visit the support pages:

Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware.
You may have done that already. I can't tell from your message.
I mention it because Netgear gave up on supplying paper manuals and CD versions some years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads.
Just another user with a set of boilerplate macros.
My network DM200 -> MK93; R7800 -> GS316 -> PL1000 -> R7000P• What is the difference between WiFi 6 and WiFi 7?
• Yes! WiFi 7 is backwards compatible with other Wifi devices? Learn more
