Netgear Nighthawk M1 not connecting no matter what
Ive been dealing with this for about two months, I just bought my service again thinking it was my ISP but it almost immediately ran out. I heard from people that the firmware is glitched and ive heard about DNS settings but ive tried almost everything I know or researched. I cant contact netgear because of money, which is ridiculous, and ST because their customer service is actual trash. I really dont know what to do, I cant figure out how to downgrade the firmware or what to change the DNS to. Please, if there is any advice please help.

What ran out?
Your data?
How much data do you get a month? (keep in mind, most unlimited plans throttle speeds after a certain data limit)

Re: Netgear Nighthawk M1 not connecting no matter what
I should state ive had this router for a few months and its just starting now so I really doubt its the phone plan. I have a gold straight talk unlimited plan with tmobile. Recently it has been using up the hotspot data, not the unlimited data so when I hit only 15gb it basically shuts down instantly. Nothing loads at all and its unusable.

Re: Netgear Nighthawk M1 not connecting no matter what
it could by how your isp is coding it. If its using the "hotspot data" and its connected to a hotspot, they've probably figured that out.
For a while you could use a phone sim card in a hotspot and use "unlimited" data. Sadly, like I said, network providers figured out users were doing that and could compare the sim to IME data.
Could be that's what yours has done. Did you check with them?
