Netgear Nighthawk m1 MR1100 Firmware 12.06.08 available

I don't know why, but for some reason, seeing that the two other posts had something to do with charging, I removed the battery and powered directly from the charging cable.  I haven't had a drop since.  I also rechecked that the wifi standby was disabled.  I'm not sure which one did it but I'm positive that I've had the wifi standby disabled prior.  But after so many reboots and factory resets it may have slipped by.  Either way  check these two, no more problems.
