Nighthawk AX3000 compatibility

I use a Nighthawk M1100 LTE modem. I need to have a custom TTL set in the router to allow the whole house to use the WIFI. Is this Netgear Nighthawk [AX4] router compatible? Can I set a custom TTL value or do I need to get another router?
