Nighthawk M1 (MR1100-100EUS) - reboot loop when connecting to fast 4G+
Hi, I was looking for a solution of the following issue.
When I am at work and in a 4G area, (30Mbps speed) all works fine.
If I turn on the M1 in an area (at home) )with a faster connection,...

Is it possible to test with different sim card ? It may be worth to try. If it still not working you need advices from some Netgear engineer. On the other hand factory style FW re-flash has sometimes solved some odd problems. Major bug fix FW release is coming soon.

Hi TeeJee , changing the sim card was tried as well. even different network, tried with and without an external antenna, all make no difference, it seems it isn't able to handle the 4G+ for some reason. Funny (not really) considering it was marketed and priced as the ultimate 1GB CAT 16 modem.
Can you let me know where are the firmware versions to be downloaded you are speaking about?
either old, new or beta releases?

I have been using this MR1100-100EUS for 9 months now, maasive amount of versatile testing, and I know this the ultimate LTE terminal device so far. Firmware has had some nasty bugs but they will be fixed. Please contact some Netgear technical specialist and ask for advice what to do next. I think sales people can arrange that contact if you describe your problem situation in detail.

Since you ignored the question again, I assume these firmware fixes and beta's you keep talking about is more a hopeful anticipation then actually based on facts? I cant find them on the Netgear site and also see no announcements regarding future releases and fixes.
Don't mean to be rude, but I don't think any of the suggestions where very helpful TeeJay, but thanks for trying. I opened a ticket with Netgear, a was waiting for an expert to get back to me.

Beta's are not publicly available. Netgear people certainly find you some solution.
