Nighthawk M1 Region change possible?
Hey,
i own a MR1100-100EUS and now are located in the US. I'm not willing to spend another few 100$ just to get a new router. Is there a way to flash the US Firmware manually because the NA Firmware supports All Bands including the ones in the EUS Version, while the EUS Version just supports EU Bands.
Thanks in advance
Dominik

Re: Nighthawk M1 Region change possible?
Your device can be used in US. You can't change the device region since they have different bands support.
Thanks

Yeah i know that they have different band supports, but isn't that software related? I didn't expect separate hardware in all of this devices. The usage in the US of the EU Version is very limited because there arent many bands overlapping.

Unfornately, band support is HW specific.
