Nighthawk M1 - Set WiFi ac only

I'd like to set the wireless mode for the 5 GHz radio to "ac only". This is possible on most routers, even mobile like this one.

"Modes" are references on the status page in the web portal (see image) so I find it strange that there is are no settings for changing it. This would also apply to the 2.4 GHz radio, being able to set it to "g only".

Or, is it possible do to that with the latest firmware, 12.06.03?

One can also change this by exporting the settings, editing the value and then importing them.

It's just a GUI question. You can use the API (took me a few minutes to set everything up) to change the modes to M802_11_GN and M802_11_AC.
