Nighthawk M2 (MR2100) Frozen on start up

Nighthawk M2 (MR2100) Frozen on start up
My MR2100 won't startup and freezes on the first startup screen. I have removed battery/power/sim and attempted to reset but the device is unresponsive. Has anybody else had/resolved this issue?

Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Mobile Router products. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with mobile routers and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this router forum. May we please know the device SKU (e.g. MR2100-100EUS)? This can be checked on the box of the product or on the barcode label
Was this working before? If so, was there any changes prior the issue?
