Yes, picking up michaelkenward' remark, if the Netgear support would be more humorous and charming, they might have as well suggested to get a cute Eskimo lady, have a family and enjoy blazing fast 5G networking in your igloo together, given proper coverage.
For stationary usage, while it has it's own quirks in terms of routing capability and thus is better used in bridge mode together with another router, if it shall be the SDX65 chipset, the ZTE MC888A will be one of the cheapest options. The "A" of the model description is crucial though as the MC888-models (including the so-called "Pro" or "Ultra" variants) only have the SDX62.
