Nighthawk MR2100 WhatsApp not working

My WhatsApp has stopped working using the Nighthawk MR2100 mobile router. The previous “solutions” found on the Netgear community Do Not Work. (First: stating the phone was switched to parental guide, my phone hasn’t. I’ve no kids either. 2nd. Said enable local network WhatsApp settings) Also my ChatGPT app has stopped working. I need to use cellular data for these apps now. Both apps work using other WiFi connections. The problem therefore must be with the nighthawk no mobile router. Online you can see it’s a very common problem. Why hasn’t Netgear resolved this? Where is the Netgear support?
