When can we expect a replacement device that actually works, and is valued at 800EUR as the original POS?

The longer you prolong the reimbursement of this device, the worse your reputation will get.

Are you still seeing the low TP after upgrading to the new FW? Could you please do a factory reset and try again?
Please also provide the model.json files again.
Thanks

Re: Nighthawk MR5200 (M5) - We need your feedback!
We use our Nighthawk 5200 for business use and bought it as it was one of the fastest as we conduct a umber of ISMS tasks and tests, however it has been patchy connecting for the last 6 months, and this week has died totally.
We use a range of SIM cards for simulated attacks from various providers, all SIMs are guaranteed unlimited data SIMs with no restrictions, this is in agreements we have with the providers, we use a range of EE, Vodafone, SMARTY, T-Mobile and O2 cards to tie into our customers needs as well as to give a range of port attack possibilities.
Our Nighthawk now Just says ‘searching’ in the top right, and ‘mobile broadband disconnected’.
We use a MIMO mast to boost the signal occasionally using the ports at the bottom of the unit, however, this doesn’t work as we thought maybe the internal radio and receiver could have stopped working.
The unit has been returned to factory settings, reset, and multiple account changes performed to no avail.
Firmware is said to be current @ NTGX55_12.04.17.00
Currently, its a very expensive paperweight.
Can anyone help please, we loved this device to start off with, but if it burns out this quickly we’ll have to move to (and promote) competition devices
Thanks!!
